Fork-blend 1/2 cup sour cream with 1/3 to 1/2 cup
mayonnaise, 1 teaspoon lemon juice, 1 to 2 teaspoons brown prepared
mustard, 1/4 teaspoon salt, a pinch or 2 white pepper and (optional)
1/2 to 1 teaspoon sugar.
