GREEN SAUCE sos

Fork-blend 1 cup basic mayonnaise sauce with
1/4 to 1/2 cups finely chopped chives, parsley, dill, garden cress,
chervil and tarragon in any proportion you like.
Optional: A little finely chopped fresh spinach,
sorrel, or unwilted (preferably freshly picked) leaves of baby
radishes may also be added. 2-3 finely grated radishes and/or 1 bud
crushed garlic are additional possibilities.
