Fork blend 3/4 cup mayonnaise with 1/4 cup dairy sour cream, 1 to 2 teaspoons prepared brown mustard, 1/2 to 1 teaspoon lemon juice or vinegar and a little salt, white pepper, and powdered sugar to taste.
